Owning a boat shouldn’t mean managing a filing cabinet
Watercraft maintenance is unforgiving: intervals in hours and months, multiple engines and systems, and records scattered everywhere.
Maintenance lives in five different places
Owner’s manuals in a drawer, receipts in a shoebox, intervals in your head, reminders on a sticky note. Nothing talks to anything.
Missed intervals get expensive
A skipped impeller or overdue gear-oil change turns into a repair bill — or a season-ending breakdown far from the dock.
Cross-referencing engine hours by hand
Every service interval means flipping through a manual, checking your hour meter, and doing the math yourself.
Service history disappears
Work done by the marina, a mobile mechanic, or yourself ends up scattered — bad for resale, warranties, and troubleshooting.
Manuals are unsearchable when you need them
When something breaks on the water, the maintenance chart you need is in a 200-page PDF you can’t find.
Your manual already knows the schedule. Now your app does too.
The maintenance chart buried in your owner’s manual becomes a living schedule — without typing a single interval.
Upload a manual. Get a maintenance schedule.
Skipper360 reads your owner’s manuals and service documents with AI, identifies what kind of document it is, and extracts the maintenance tasks and intervals for your exact equipment.
- Extracts tasks with hour-based and time-based intervals from PDF manuals
- Cross-checks results with a second AI model for higher accuracy when available
- You review and edit every extracted task before it joins your schedule
- Manuals stay organized in your document library afterward
Maintenance that watches the clock — and the hour meter
Marine maintenance comes due by engine hours or calendar time, whichever hits first. Skipper360 tracks both, so nothing slips through.
- Due status calculated from your logged hours and elapsed time
- Device reminders before tasks come due
- A dashboard view of everything due across all your watercraft
- Completing a service resets the interval automatically

Questions, answered
What kinds of watercraft does Skipper360 support?
Skipper360 is built for recreational watercraft — powerboats, sailboats, and personal watercraft — along with the equipment on board: engines, generators, trailers, batteries, and other gear tracked by category.
What does the AI actually do with my manual?
When you upload an owner’s manual or service document, Skipper360 uses AI to classify the document and extract its maintenance schedule — tasks, intervals in hours and months, and descriptions. You review the extracted tasks before they become part of your schedule, and you can edit everything. AI extraction can make mistakes, so always verify against the original manual.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your watercraft, maintenance records, and uploaded documents are private to your account and stored securely in the cloud. Documents are processed by AI providers only to extract maintenance information for you. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do maintenance reminders work?
Skipper360 calculates when each task is due from your engine hours and the calendar, and sends reminders through notifications on your device. Reminders are an organizational aid — always confirm maintenance requirements against your manufacturer’s documentation.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
Plans have different limits on watercraft, equipment, and service records. If you downgrade past those limits, Skipper360 shows you exactly which records exceed the new plan before anything is removed, so there are no surprises. Details are in our Terms of Use.
How do I sign in?
Skipper360 uses passwordless sign-in: enter your email, get a one-time code, and you’re in. On supported devices you can re-open the app with Face ID.
